What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

The successful candidate will need to be flexible, have good organisational and interpersonal skills with an exemplary work ethic, drive, and attention to detail. The position reports to the Executive Head and works in collaboration with all staff of Curro Hillcrest Preschool, Primary, and High Schools.

Commitment to the schools ethos, values and vision are essential. This position is a full time, permanent position. Curro Hillcrest schools have a strong Christian foundation, and the successful candidate must be willing to promote and support this foundation.

  • Experience in a similar role (it would be an advantage to have experience in a school environment).
  • Personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.

  • Marketing or sales-related qualification.
  • Time management skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Analytical ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must comply to the Curro Code of ethics and must undergo a compulsory criminal-record check.
The responsibilities are:
  • Conduct market research and report thereon.
  • Generate leads for learner enrolment.
  • Coordinate promotional events.
  • General sales and enrolment management.
  • Taking school tours with prospective parents.
  • Deployment of marketing materials and ensuring that a consistent approach is maintained, and that the correct and relevant materials are used.
  • Brand management (including the correct use of the school CI).
  • Support marketing initiatives (including securing PR and local media-relations maintained and/or built).
  • Management of the schools virtual presence: social media and website monitoring and updates in line with approved plans.
  • Managing the marketing budget.
The successful candidate is required to undertake any other reasonable tasks that the Executive Head determines. Whilst every effort has been made to explain the main duties and responsibilities of the post, each individual responsibility undertaken may not be identified. The duties outlined above are not intended as a restrictive list and may be extended or altered to include other tasks that are appropriate with the role.

The successful candidate will start on 01 April 2024.
