This is an exciting opportunity to join a multifaceted organisation, where you can leverage your skills and make a significant impact.:We are looking for a marketer with a can-do attitude to help us grow our business and introduce innovative, quality products to the market. Our organisation suits someone who is self-driven and solution-oriented. Strategic thinking, a customer-centred approach, strong communication skills, and excellent organisational abilities are essential to succeed in this position.Key Responsibilities:Help create and drive the marketing strategy across the business.Manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, coming up with creative content ideas and ensuring that our mailers are relevant.Implement our LinkedIn strategy.Create or manage the creation of content for marketing purposes, for example, how-to blogs, product & lifestyle shoots.Liaise with our designer to create print collateral (for example Datasheets, Posters, Banners, Price Lists) and signage.Update and optimise the website, including writing product copy and preparing images.Coordinate with specialists for Adwords, Merchant, and Analytics, and prepare monthly reports.Create and execute social media strategy.Coordinate and attend a couple of activations.Assist with sales in the office.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Well-rounded communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Comfortable working cross-company and able to develop strong working relationships with other team members and freelancers/agencies.Naturally curious with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Passion for adventure and an active lifestyle, aligning with the company culture.Candidates should be willing to work in our office in Stellenbosch.Key Skills:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing including B2B experience.Proficiency in Mailchimp and email marketing.Proven experience with LinkedIn marketing.Advantageous:Experience with Meta Business Suite or other social media scheduling tools.Experience with Content Management Systems like WordPress..Experience with Adwords, Merchant, and Analytics.Knowledge of photography/videography editing tools such as Final Cut, CapCut, and/or InShot will count in your favour.Copywriting skills and experience would be advantageous.Ability to use Canva for designing marketing materials.Benefits:Opportunities for professional development.Office location close to Padel Courts and CrossFit gym.If you are a driven marketer who thrives in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment and have a passion for adventure, we would love to hear from you.Salary of R20k R40k CTC, depending on half or full day, qualification and experience.
