We are seeking a dynamic Marketing administrator who will provide support to key individuals in the marketing team, while also managing personal assistant and administrative tasks to support executive operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing / project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.Key Outcomes
Administrative Duties:

  • Support in market research and analysis to inform the business Marketing strategy.
  • Support in branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Manage the Head of department calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, including presentations and reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips.
  • Act as a liaison between the Head of Marketing and other departments or external partners.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with budget management and financial reporting for the marketing department.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation for marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and other administrative paperwork.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
  • Perform general office duties as needed to support the marketing team.
  • Outlook calendar management.
  • Travel bookings.
  • Payments: Capturing payments on SAP for approval to processing and loading line items on the expense excel sheet.
  • Marketing stock room management.
  • Couriering: Assisting with couriering waybills and bookings from the company to different regions.
  • Venue & quote sourcing.
  • Promotional gifting sourcing.
Qualifications and experience
  • Education: Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing. Prior experience as an executive assistant or in administrative roles is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
