Marketing Administrator/Specialist - Cayman IslandsFull job descriptionJOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Marketing Administrator/SpecialistReports to: General Manager, and CEOLiaises with: All StaffLocation: Cayman Islands (Relocation is required to Cayman Islands - Financial assistance will be provided)JOB SUMMARYThe Marketing Administrator is responsible for the development and ongoing management of the marketing strategies for the companyxe2x80x99s brands. The strategies will raise public awareness and increase the revenue of each brand through the following activities: brand development, a calendar of tactical marketing campaigns and events, PR initiatives, and internal and external communication processes. The Marketing Administrator will lead the strategy delivery by the Marketing team and other departments involved in the campaigns.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESYour role will include, but will not be limited to the following:xc2xb7 Develop campaign ideas for all the brands/divisions within Celebrations Group Ltd.xc2xb7 Manage the marketing calendar for local and international campaigns, ensuring that the company is preparing ahead of time for all components.xc2xb7 Led the creative projects supporting the campaigns xe2x80x93 from the idea through script, to production. That includes cinema and radio commercials, styled photoshoots, direct emailing, banners, website assets, and working with international magazines, conferences etc.xc2xb7 Leading the real wedding photography and stories submissions and blog posts on company website and wedding magazinesxc2xb7 Working with outsourcing companies providing SEO, SEM, and Google banners. That includes budget allocation and providing the assets for the campaigns.xc2xb7 Prepare for local and international conferences and trade shows attended by CEO/Celebrations from a marketing perspective with full follow-through on PR following the travel components. Be able to attend local and overseas events along with the CEO in the marketing/business development role.xc2xb7 Form and maintain relationships with all media and PR outlets locally and internationally to constantly keep the corporate identity of the CEO and Celebrations Group Ltd. Keep the company informed of the benefits related to these recommendations.xc2xb7 Be responsible for producing the annual marketing budget and concepts providing management with regular reports as to the status of this budget and the return on marketing gained from budget recommendations.xc2xb7 Constantly ensure that the sales collateral of the company is updated and refreshed. Report to the Accounts Department to ensure the approved marketing budget is included in the overall annual budget.xc2xb7 Undertake marketing audits to monitor sales performance.xc2xb7 Management of the Marketing Department data on the company server.xc2xb7 Be responsible for company website redesign/updates.xc2xb7 Analyze sponsorship requests and create necessary agreements to ensure compliance with terms and conditions for both parties.xc2xb7 Managing and archiving photos and videos related to weddings, events, and everyday floral arrangements.xc2xb7 On-site photography and videos for the companyxe2x80x99s event setup.xc2xb7 Conduct on-site photography and videography for the companyxe2x80x99s event setups depending on the scale of the event, and as approved by the General Manager.xc2xb7 Create, and write content and paid posts for the companyxe2x80x99s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.xc2xb7 Manage community engagement on social media, ensuring prompt response to inquiries and addressing any related complaints promptly.xc2xb7 Manage and craft newsletters using MailChimp, showcasing the companyxe2x80x99s newest services and seasonal offerings.xc2xb7 Coordinate with local vendors for marketing needs, including event activations, photoshoots, print, and digital advertisements.xc2xb7 Monitor and manage marketing inventory, ensuring all equipment is working properly and seasonal signages are installed and dismantled.xc2xb7 Coordinate with the Floral Manager on upcoming seasonal or product photoshoots.xc2xb7 Suggest appropriate product names and descriptions for each floral arrangement.Markets and brands:1. We are the leading wedding and special events company in the Caribbean, with a full-time planning, floral, design, and production team. We have an inventory of over 200,000 dxc3xa9cor items, in addition to a retail store.We specialize in creating and planning bespoke events both local and international from minimalist to luxury weddings. We cater to both local and destination weddings, extravagant corporate events, and intimate social gatherings.PERSON SPECIFICATIONThe post holder will be a high-caliber Marketing professional who will create and implement the business Marketing strategy and use their creativity to increase the sales of the group. The ideal candidate must hold similar senior-level positions in the past and will be able to implement and improve current Marketing practices.Qualifications and Requirements:xc2xb7 Floral retail experience will be given preference.. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration as well as certification in Public Relations is beneficial.xc2xb7 A minimum of five (5) years of work experience in marketing or public relations in an events industry or retail is required.xc2xb7 Must have a strong and proven knowledgebase of the creative industries related to services offered; must have strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to carry out plans for advertising, sales promotion, public relations, and sales management.xc2xb7 Must have strong, creative written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.xc2xb7 Excellent computer skills are essential, along with superior time management skills. Must be proficient in word processing and design programs such as Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign.xc2xb7 Excellent oral and written communication skillsxc2xb7 Research and reporting skillsxc2xb7 Creative and Web savvyxc2xb7 Well-developed presentation and interpersonal skillsxc2xb7 Must be self-motivated and independentxc2xb7 Be totally on top of and ahead of all seasonal marketing for the companyxc2xb7 Well-organizedxc2xb7 Able to work with a minimum of supervisionSUPERVISION OF OTHERSThe post holder will be responsible for managing and liaising with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure the objectives of the company through marketing initiatives are met.WORKING CONDITIONSThe role will have normal office conditions and occasionally visit sites and events to cover and take pictures/videos. This position will often require the post holder to work beyond normal work hours to meet deadlines, including working on weekends and Public Holidays. Own transportation is an asset.Salary Range: CI$36,000 xe2x80x93 CI$50,000 per annum plus benefits package.
