PermanentAs the Marketing Manager Analyst you would be responsible for analyzing, developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the company's product range. This role focuses on attracting and retaining customers through data-driven marketing strategies and understanding market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor actions.Key duties include optimizing marketing campaign performance, gathering and analyzing market data, managing sales and distribution, maintaining product specifications, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.If you are looking for an opportunity to relocate closer to nature, this position can offer you a blend of corporate life and access to wildlife and stunning landscapes.Relocation assistance is provided.Minimum Requirements:
BSc in Science/Technology preferred
MBA in Technical Product Marketing is ideal but not required
Previous experience in a manufacturing or mining environment
Minimum of 5 - 8 years experience in international sales and marketing
Analytical and detail-orientated, with strong critical thinking skills
Must be able to travel internationally and manage extended work hours, particularly during overseas trips.Duties and Responsibilities:
Measure, analyse and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Collect and analyse data related to market trends and competitors to guide the company's promotions, sales, and advertising campaigns.
Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls.
Gather data on customers, competitors, and market conditions.
Analyze data using statistical software.
Convert data and findings into tables, graphs, and written reports.
Prepare reports and present results to management.
Appoint, manage and correspond with agents.
Negotiate sales contracts and/or supply agreements, send out quotations on request and manage stock and consignment stock arrangements.
Plan, prepare for and carry out international customer visits where and when necessary.Benefits:
