You will be responsible for building brand recognition, managing social media, and executing digital marketing campaigns that position the client as a luxury salon brand. You will also collaborate with marketing teams, engage with influencers, and manage in-salon promotions and events.Minimum Requirements:Remote office setupBachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
3 - 5 years experience in branding, digital strategy, or public relations (preferably in beauty, fashion, or luxury industries)Proven track record of growing brand awarenessSocial media management experienceKnowledge of paid advertising, SEO, and digital marketing trendsBasic graphic design and video editing skillsKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies to strengthen brand recognition.Create and implement monthly marketing themesEnsure consistent, premium brand messaging across all platforms.Develop PR strategies and position the brand in beauty publications, blogs, and media.Manage and grow the social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).Oversee content creation, graphics, and short-form videosEngage with followers, manage online reputation, and leverage user-generated content.Collaborate with influencers, beauty bloggers, and PR agencies to expand brand reach.Ensure consistent posting schedules for blogs, social media updates, and marketing campaigns.Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns (Google, Meta, Instagram) to boost visibility.Optimize Google My Business and SEO strategies to enhance searchability.Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.Build relationships with influencers, product brands, and beauty experts.Strengthen the clients presence within the beauty college and TikTok community.Organize in-salon events, influencer activations, and promotional campaigns.Develop a local engagement strategy to boost brand loyalty and referrals.Support community-driven marketing initiatives to increase word-of-mouth recommendations.Please do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.IMPORTANT: We specialize in specific niche fields.
