KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
Proven history with Brand Management, Digital Marketing and Advertising as well as Marketing Communications to build brand and brand awareness.
Experienced in creation of marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
To ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various department members, including operations, product managers, and Exco team
Collects client data, analyses interactions, and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future social media strategies and campaigns.
Reports progress to senior management
Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
Research and monitors activity of organization competitors
Uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all marketing and product launch campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs
Manage all company social media content strategies.
Establish and maintain brand budgets.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:
Degree in marketing or related field
3-5 years proven track record in brand management, brand marketing, marketing management.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
Digital marketing activities/ strategies
Strong knowledge of Web/ Google Analytics
Strong project management capabilities
Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce
A strong understanding of the DIRECT SELLING INDUSTRY and social media content management/ marketing
