MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST - CAPE TOPWNHandle multiple projects across multiple seasons alongside our internal sales and marketing team.Work together with internal and external resources (PR and event agencies, photographers, graphic designers and influencers, media) to ensure consistency across channels such as retail, PR, social etc.Monitor timings & deliverables, ensuring that each project or campaign is completed fully and on-time whilst keeping the stakeholders actively informed of progress or deviation from workload planning.Administration includes PO creation, PR sample and showroom management, product collections, and a hands-on approach to Influencer seeding and gifting prep work.The Junior Brand Manager is entrepreneurial and creative - always looking for opportunities in the art, design and music space, thinking out of the box and not afraid to share new ideas and push boundaries especially in the brand activations space.Go above and beyond the call of duty to complete a project accurately and on time.Build alliances with other HQ departments, local stakeholders, local agencies and partners.QualificationBachelor in Marketing or CommunicationExperienceMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing or Visual MerchandisingSkillsExcellent verbal and written communicationOrganisation skillsBetween 3 - 5 Years
