Requirements:

A relevant Bachelor's Degree (3 years) at NQF Level 7 with a focus on Management Sciences
Up to 6 years of experience

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-profile events and campaigns aligned with the firm's strategic goals
Manage multiple projects to tight deadlines with support from the Marketing and Events Coordinator roles
Implement and share best practices for events by establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Liaise and negotiate effectively with suppliers within procurement and BEE frameworks
Analyse ROI and success of events against strategic objectives while maintaining high service standards
Oversee the look and feel of all marketing collateral and communication
Supervise the production of marketing collateral
Manage the approval and sign-off process for content with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with brand corporate image (CI) guidelines
Monitor internal and external platforms to ensure content remains up-to-date and compliant with brand CI guidelines
Support graduate recruitment campaigns
Manage brand integrity processes and procedures
