Marketing and Events ManagementDevelop annual customer engagement plan and execute as required. Monitor effectiveness and report.Recommend and implement Customer Relationship Brand activities / initiatives bi-annually and report.Research, plan and manage client events and related networking opportunities.Planning, sourcing, preparation, and ROI of events/exhibitionsObtain and manage the ordering of marketing quotes for events, print and other requirements.Manage memberships Organisations / networking events on Membership ScheduleUpdate schedule of all industry bodies quarterlyEnsure annual memberships are kept up to dateReview events / publications that may be of interest to our business / clients and reportRecommend any other industry memberships for considerationSupport sales team in new business acquisition strategies by providing monthly feedback on competitor clients, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships on lost contracts.2. Market research - to be provided in monthly reportLocal and international Market Reports / surveys and trends on the FM market, property market and anything else related to our industry.Report on upcoming RFPs or opportunities in the marketNew trends / opportunities for growth or customer attraction / retentionIndustry related developments / impacts / newsCreate and support sales collateral and toolkit development from scratch including conducting kick off call with Technical Solutions and Soft Services Development and other stakeholders to discuss agenda, sales toolkit and timelines etc.3. Digital Communication:Responsible for monthly social media content and posting.Copywriting for social media postsWebsite updatesCreating, updating, and maintaining website content.Assist with product blogs.SEO write-upsAdword creation, corrections/adjustments, analysis, and reportsOnline advertisingIntranet updates4. Administrative Functions:Bi-annual customer surveys assessing client and customer satisfaction levels. Feedback and recommended actions to be provided to CSMO and COOs and CEO within 1 week of assessment.Taking ownership of your own workload and correctly allocating your available time each day, will allow you to consistently supply your work to your marketing supervisor in a timely manner.Assist CSMO with market segments and analysis to create new marketing strategies and campaigns.Track tasks and provide feedback to the CSMOAssist with internal documentation.Ensure minimum stock levels on giveaways and client gifts are maintained at all timesArrange at least 1 annual expo / show / exhibition for new customer attractionManage and execution of agreed annual CRM activitiesEvents (cricket / lunches / staff sessions etc.) - provide proposed list of guests / attendees 2 weeks prior with detail plan of action incl estimated budget. All changes to be approved.Provide regular feedback.Client birthdays - provide list of client birthdays for upcoming month. Arrange approved gift and card signed by Exco.Annual agreed celebration days (World FM Day / Heritage Day etc.) - submit plan monthly.Exhibitions / shows / events - prepare plan with budget and activities for approval 6 weeks prior to event.Other - as agreed5.
