Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Proven experience in marketing and sales, with a track record of driving business growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
• Excellent understanding of marketing strategies and tactics
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Experience in market research and customer insights
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
