VACANCY: Marketing and Web ManagerOur client a customer-preferred manufacturer, marketer, and distributor of maize and other diverse value-add products currently has a vacancy for a dynamic Marketing and Web Manager to their team and drive their brands forward. xc2xb7 Strategic Marketing Planning: Compile and execute strategic brand plans to ensure alignment with company goals.
xc2xb7 Trade Marketing Management: Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to support sales and distribution.
xc2xb7 Brand & CI Management: Uphold and enhance the companyxe2x80x99s brand identities and corporate image.
xc2xb7 Supplier & Agency Management: Manage relationships with 3rd party suppliers and creative agencies to ensure quality, consistency, and BI & CI alignment.
xc2xb7 Media Negotiation & Booking: Negotiate and book media placements to maximise exposure and ROI.
xc2xb7 Labelling Management: Manage pack designs and ensure compliance with labelling legislation.
xc2xb7 Budget Management: Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
xc2xb7 Reporting: Report marketing progress to the marketing committee and board of directors, providing insights and recommendations.
xc2xb7 Website Management: Oversee the websitexe2x80x99s functionality and content, ensuring an optimal user experience and effective online presence.
xc2xb7 Project Management: Lead and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.Requirements:
xc2xb7 BCom Marketing or similar qualification.
xc2xb7 Minimum of seven (7) yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the FMCG industry
xc2xb7 Proven experience in marketing and brand management in the FMCG industry
xc2xb7 Strong understanding of digital marketing and web management.
xc2xb7 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
xc2xb7 Familiarity with labelling legislation.
xc2xb7 Experience in trade marketing.
xc2xb7 Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
xc2xb7 Proficiency in budget management and reporting.
xc2xb7 Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
xc2xb7 Willing to travel and visit the trade.Offer:
