Job SummaryAs a Marketing Associate at WastePlan, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and driving customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong background in marketing, excellent written communication skills, proficiency in Google Ads and HubSpot, a creative mindset, and expertise in social media management.Responsibilities:Content Creation

• Develop compelling and engaging written content for various marketing channels, including website, blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and advertising materials using HubSpot's content management system
• Craft clear and persuasive copy that communicates our brand message effectively to the target audience

Google Ads and HubSpot Management

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales
• Utilize HubSpot's marketing automation tools to create targeted email campaigns, track customer interactions, and analyse campaign performance

Creative Campaigns

• Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement
• Collaborate on designs to develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for marketing initiatives

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand loyalty, utilizing HubSpot's social media management capabilities

Market Research and Analysis

• Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation using HubSpot's reporting and analytics tools

Collaboration and Reporting

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
• Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement using HubSpot's reporting features

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in creating compelling written content for marketing purposes
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign management and optimization
• Proficiency in using HubSpot's marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
