In this position, you will be required to oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, content creation, and the dissemination of copy. As an email marketing specialist, you will also be required to collaborate with coworkers across departments to ensure maximum uptake of offerings.To be a successful Marketing Automation Specialist, you should demonstrate the ability to create accessible, engaging, and memorable texts. Ultimately, an outstanding email marketing specialist will remain abreast of technological developments that facilitate the dissemination and monitoring of campaign features.ResponsibilitiesConducting marketing research to better comprehend prevailing student behaviors.Reviewing existing marketing campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness.Conceptualizing marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective students.Collaborating with Improv Content Team to improve the appearance layout of outputs.Maintaining a database of students.Automating email campaigns.Monitoring and reporting on the utility of each campaign.Campaign Creation and ExecutionCreate email campaigns, graphics, and images from scratch.Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including website, intranet, blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead-generation content (including offers).Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.You will be working closely and reporting to the Head of Marketing along with working with Sales to help generate top-of-funnel leads.Develop targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at B2B audiences to generate and nurture leads.Analyze and segment B2B email lists to ensure campaigns are reaching the right audience.Collaborate with the Sales team to align email marketing efforts with B2B sales goals and objectives.Help maximize the build out the full potential of HubSpot with added features and integrations.Integration with platforms and apps like Zapier and other 3rd party applications.Customization of views, properties, workflows, etc.Advanced Reports and Dashboard creation and management.Promote HubSpot and Train people on the platform and features.Monitor, review, and recommend marketing campaign performance.Core Competencies & RequirementsDegree in marketing management, advertising, communications, or similar.At least 2-3 years experience in HubSpot . Hubsput Certification is a plus.Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns.HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, or Design skillsPrior database management experience, preferably in a similar role.Familiarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software.Excellent project management skills specific to marketing.Excellent master sales and promotional copyExcellent B2B and B2C marketing experienceOutstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities.Ability to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted content.Drive, ingenuity, and resourcefulness.WHY JOIN US?Were re-thinking the extraordinary on our mission to save lives!
