What you'll be doing



Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations & Campaigns you'll be responsible for:


Marketing Automation Management



Develop, execute, and optimise marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing campaigns, email marketing, and multi-channel outreach. Manage and maintain the HubSpot and Marketo platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance with best practices. Collaborate with sales teams to align automation workflows with CRM systems like Salesforce. Troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, workflows, and reporting.

Campaign Execution and Optimization



Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms that drive engagement and conversions. Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to identify performance improvement opportunities. Implement lead scoring models and optimise for better lead quality and prioritisation.

Data Integration and Reporting



Ensure smooth data flow between HubSpot, Marketo, CRM systems, and other marketing technology platforms. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify trends and actionable insights. Create and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as email open rates, conversion rates, and ROI.

Collaboration and Training



Partner with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives, including content, SEO, and paid media campaigns. Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot and Marketo functionalities. Stay updated on the latest features and developments in marketing automation platforms and propose enhancements.

Technical Skills



Expertise in HubSpot and Marketo platforms, including workflows, integrations, and analytics. Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce. Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email and landing page customisation. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and data visualisation.

Soft Skills



Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience



3-5+ years of experience in marketing automation or a similar role. Proven track record of managing successful automation campaigns and driving measurable results.
Experience working in a global or multi-regional organisation is a plus.

As a Global Marketing Automation Specialist we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:

Within 1 month:



Have an understanding of each department and how they work with Marketing, Complete high-level product training with an understanding of all Reapit products and markets, Review the configuration and usage of HubSpot and Marketo & Salesforce across global regions, including workflows, integrations, and reporting, Meet with key stakeholders in marketing and sales teams to understand goals and expectations, Review existing email campaigns, workflows, and lead scoring models for effectiveness, Develop your 90-day plan.

Within 3 months:



Establish yourself as the key stakeholder in our EMEA CRM/MAP upgrade to Hubspot project alongside the Director of Marketing Campaigns & Operations, Optimise existing workflows and build new automation based on initial findings, Implement enhancements to email templates for better engagement (e.g., A/B testing subject lines and content), Launch or optimise nurture campaigns for different segments of the lead funnel in collaboration with the marketing roadmap, Align with sales to refine the lead scoring model based on feedback.

Within 6 months:



Executing the MAP plan & analysing results, Optimising the results based on the execution of your strategy so far, You are deeply embedded into the Reapit business, positioning yourself as the go-to person for marketing automation globally.
