Job Description

Communicate with internal (employees) and external stakeholders to keep them informed of Dealer Training Academy services, achievements, and activities. Create plans and strategies to increase internal stakeholder awareness of Dealer Training Academy activities, products and value offering. Communicate with external stakeholders and other interested parties to announce new products/ events / value offering / achievements.Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop a marketing and communications strategy and plan for the Dealer Training Academy.
• Marketing and communications should Assist in promoting the image and values of the Dealer Training Academy.
• Participate, Monitor and support all the activities, products, services undertaking within the Dealer Training Academy with the view to communicating these in various media.
• Marketing and communications media will include all forms of media including Instagram, LinkedIn, News letters, email video, online media,
• Support with compiling scripts for speeches and audio visuals for brand training events
• Distribute executive messages, prepare internal memos, and conduct meetings to share information.
• Manage suppliers for print materials and branding for employee use / external use.
• Communicate brand values to both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Design brand training invitations using Canva, Adobe design software.
• Measure and analyze current communications efforts.
• Work with different departments to generate new ideas and innovative strategies.
• Create and deliver detailed quarterly activity reports.

• Continuous improvement and innovation approach implemented to support the ongoing improvement of business operations excellence, specifically with regard to process efficiency

In scope

• Internal quarterly newsletter
• Dealer quarterly newsletter
• NSO quarterly newsletter
• Communication to Dealer Network as per Marketing and Communications Strategy and Plan(s)
• Presentations directly related to communications activities and reporting
• Communication to specific audiences via specific platforms for nominated audiences.
• QA and edit bulletins that have all the relevant information already captured

Out of scope

• Presentation preparation for Dealer Training Academy training launches, award ceremony, road shows, special projects
• Sharing of day-to-day information emails with the Dealer Network.
• Graphic design

Knowledge, Skills and Experience RequiredEducation

• Degree: Communication, public relations, marketing, economic, business, or related Experience: 5 -10 years
