Role Purpose

Provide administrative and operational support to the MMH marketing team and brand shops, by coordinating and executing of the creation of brand awareness, marketing campaigns and plans in support of the brand plan for the Momentum Metropolitan Brand.
Requirements

  • Relevant degree or diploma
  • 3 years of coordination/operations experience within a branding or marketing environment
  • Valid Driver's License and own vehicle
  • Experience in Print Production (desirable)
  • Experience in Project Management (desirable)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate and execute the logistics in support of brand projects and the brand shops within budget parameters.
  • Contribute to the development and management of the brand shop supplier contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA) in line with MMH brand objectives.
  • Contribute to the design layout of the brand shops in line with MMHs corporate identity and support the general maintenance of the store.
  • Manage the selection and approval processes of quality stock that reflects the MMH Group brands.
  • Provide suppliers with regular feedback in order to manage service delivery and facilitate quarterly reviews with suppliers and internal clients.
  • Create awareness of the brand shop and promote stock items using purchase patterns and service offering.
  • Manage supplier relationships and contracts to ensure that the SLA with suppliers are maintained, and that suppliers deliver in line with the SLA and to MMH standards.
  • Manage travel arrangements, uploading of new starters on JIRA, setup of new employees, and keep the team asset register/staff list updated.
  • Take ownership for driving own career development.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.
  • Provide input into the risk identification processes and communicate recommendations in the appropriate forum.
  • Processing of POs, invoices and remittance advices.
  • Dealing with suppliers on accounts, print production and building branding.
  • Managing production jobs from start to finish, including approval at printers when necessary.
  • Be available after hours for building branding installations when necessary.
