Position overview

Marketing:

Research costs for campaigns, gifts, and promos. Writing of marketing content Plan and manage events, conferences, and workshops. Coordinate client/prospect photo and video shoots. Assist with copywriting for various channels. Compile marketing reports and presentations. Manage social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Support employee onboarding with branded items. Oversee promotional items and corporate clothing. Ensure brand consistency with service providers. Update email signatures, website, and notice boards. Handle marketing admin tasks.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):

Research and set CSR priorities. Develop and execute the annual CSR calendar. Manage SLAs and oversee NGO projects. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. Monitor CSR initiatives for audits and BBBEE compliance. Report on CSR impact and manage NGO partnerships

Profile

We seek the ideal candidate profile with:

Educational background:

Tertiary Marketing, Public Relations or Journalism qualification or equivalent

Years of experience: 3+

years' experience in marketing, communication or branding preferable.

Software proficiency:

Understanding of Canva and Survey Monkey or similar tools (advantageous). Computer literate on MS Office, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint

Industry knowledge:

Relevant experience in Corporate Social Responsibility and related environment. Strong content writing experience. Experience in project management will be an added advantage
