Job Description


Objective:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in both digital and traditional marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing campaigns that enhance brand presence across all platforms. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaigns Management:
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, spanning digital and traditional platforms.
Utilize Adobe Suite for the creation of engaging visual content, and manage the campaign lifecycle from concept to analysis, optimizing based on performance metrics.
  • Social Media and Digital Presence:
Oversee the company's social media profiles, crafting and posting content that engages audiences and aligns with our brand.
Extend digital presence through effective content marketing strategies and search engine optimization techniques.
  • Content Creation:
Generate high-quality, multi-format content, including graphics, videos, written materials, and traditional media content.
Ensure all content is innovative, reflects the brand identity, and meets the strategic marketing goals.
  • Event Planning and Execution:
Organize promotional events, trade shows, and open days, managing all aspects from logistics and budgeting to on-site coordination.
Represent the company at events, enhancing brand visibility and engaging with key stakeholders.
  • Promotional Materials and Merchandise:
Collaborate with suppliers and partners to source, procure, and distribute promotional materials and merchandise.
Ensure materials are utilized effectively across marketing campaigns and events.
  • Budget Management and Reporting:
Monitor and report on the marketing budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently and are aligned with financial objectives.
Maintain comprehensive records of expenditures and campaign results for analysis and reporting.
  • Administrative and Operational Support:
Manage administrative tasks related to marketing operations, including documentation, filing, and coordination of marketing resources.

Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse content creation skills.
  • Proven experience in managing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
  • Skilled in data analysis for marketing insights and campaign optimization.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for internal coordination and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for business and event participation.
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
