  • Matric Certificate,
  • Diploma, or degree in Marketing/design or related field.
  • Qualification in Sales not essential but preferred
  • Exceptonal skills in Adobe Creatve Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design sotware, including Illustrator,
  • InDesign, Photoshop
  • Excellent communicaton and presentaton skills
Main duties:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Africa Padel goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media tools.
  • Foster and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and influencer marketing to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Membership drives
  • Market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Complete marketing plan for each product
  • Dot Sales and Marketing manuals and recommending sales programs
  • Database management
  • Attend trade and travel shows of various market area for promoting hotels event business
  • Work with inhouse production team, creative agency or freelancers on all relevant designs and planning
  • Maintaining promotional materials
  • Responsible for traditional marketing
  • Ensure Social Media platforms are maintained and enhanced continuously
  • Weekly / Monthly Newsletters to be sent out
  • To implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts
  • Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives
  • Planning and organizing promotional presentations
  • Updating marketing calendars
