Role Overview

:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our properties and services. Your efforts will help drive engagement, attract clients, and support our growth in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

:

Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, property listings, and open house promotions. Social Media Management: Develop and manage content for our social media platforms, engage with our audience, and track performance metrics to optimise engagement. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and presentations that reflect our brand identity. Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities within the real estate sector to inform our marketing strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications:

A degree in Marketing or Business is preferred, but not essential. At least two years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in real estate or a related field. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is highly valued. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
