Job Description

This role is responsible for executing Marketing strategies, developing communication assets, maintaining and creating digital content on all social media platforms for Glodina and Colibri towelling. The role entails, supporting various projects in collaboration with internal teams, all while ensuring compliance with industry standards and achieving specific marketing goals.

Responsibilities



Corporate Identity, Brand Initiatives and Campaigns



Develop and maintain the corporate identity of the company internally and externally. Create brand communication tools, including lead visuals, trade materials, and consumer value-adds, aligned with brand guidelines. Serve as a key Brand custodian, managing internal brand engagements such as launches, conferences, and incentive programs. Maintain brand assets and execute internal communication strategies. Leverage consumer insights to enhance brand initiatives

Brand Consciousness



Develop Marketing strategy within Go-to-Market strategy; Coordinate all brand initiatives; Coordinate branding of outsourced product; Develop and implement innovative ways to create brand exposure, e.g. events, media, corporate, social responsibility programmes, sponsorships, etc. Build customer relationships through establishing and continuous improvement of an effective website, social media platforms and regular targeted publications. Liaise with Advertising Agencies in terms of briefing process, confirming specific tasks and monitor implementation; Ensure promotional/branding activity timelines and schedules are adhered to; Ensure that all branding and promotional activities are consistent with the corporate identity; Liaise with PRO/ Communications company in terms of briefing process, company direction, communication tasks.

Media/Public Relations & Internal Marketing Liaison & Cross-Functional Collaboration



Explore suitable, cost-effective and innovative ways to promote the brand and corporate identity, through digital and traditional marketing platforms. Ensure regular interaction with Key Account Managers, Design team and GSMM, in order to advise them on branding activities, and keep up to date with customer requirements Process Sales brief for specific customer branding/promotional activities. Create and Manage company profile and sales proposal material. Work closely with marketing, operations, and both local and global teams to implement brand strategies while ensuring compliance

Develop And Manage the Company's Equity in Its Brand Via Suitable Activities and Intellectual Property Management



Assess and exploit potential, targeted brand opportunities and be involved with the negotiating of terms with relevant brands; Develop promotional plans in line with the Brand strategy and objectives; Monitor implementation of Brand promotion activities in order to measure their effectiveness; Ensure that brand promotional activities effectiveness is fully reported;

Manage Competitive Positioning, New Market Development



Keep up to date with all customer and product development and trends; Manage the product process through interaction with and support of Sales Managers; Translate these opportunities, challenges and developments into specific, implementable and viable opportunities for Glodina and Colibri; Identify and evaluate all and any related or complementary business opportunities that have the potential to grow or expand Godina's performance.

Plans And Coordinates External Marketing Programmes and Activities



Plans and manages external marketing programmes Identify appropriate external marketing opportunities and prepare suitable material for external marketing purposes. Implement subject to GSMM and Exco's approval Develop and execute a content strategy that targets customer personas with blogs, white papers, videos, podcasts, and more. Optimize content for SEO/SEM to improve discoverability and relevance across the customer journey.

Support To Design Studio & Sales



Enhance brand image through design innovation; Use design studio to promote brand; Ensure effective administration of the Design Studio; Maintain close relationship with Sales in order to keep up to date with customer requirements and product developments; Attend meetings with Sales and Buyers where brand collaboration is necessary. Participate in store visits with Designers and Key account managers, ensuring that all relevant aspects of product design, merchandising and competitor activities are addressed; Receive and discuss major client briefs with Sales and Designers; Confirm aesthetic and technical feasibility of designs with Sales, Designers and PD; Liaise closely with Product Development project team to ensure campaigns are designed and aimed at the right audience; Undertake direct development of new products communication, packaging and presentation thereof in conjunction with PD; Source new concepts and products appropriate to the Glodina Brand and Colibri Brand; Liaise closely with Product Development to create new marketing campaigns.

General Administration & Budget and Performance Monitoring



Provide regular team feedback in order to keep staff aware of developments and facilitate a positive Maintain database of marketing/branding activities; Monitor Marketing expenses and escalate to Group Sales & Marketing Manager (GSMM) where overspend has taken place. Coordinate Marketing Budget with GSMM. Document Brand activities. Prepare and provide Monthly reports as required by the GSMM. Oversee and coordinate quotes, requisitions, invoices, and purchase order tracking to support budget control. Assist in evaluating marketing spend against the Annual Plan. Support performance analysis, including pricing and portfolio insights. Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant insights to internal teams.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Garage, SEO) are a plus. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing or integrated marketing role. Experienced with SEO / SEM tools (Google Analytics) and CMS (WordPress). Skilled in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets) to track campaign performance and Strong written content skills
