Job Description


Who are we: An independent English and Hebrew medium school dedicated to secular and religious excellence.Who are we looking for: A Marketing Coordinator who is fluent in Hebrew and has prior professional experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans.What will you do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to communicate around our full calendar of activities
  • Ensure consistent application of school brand and identity
  • Promote a positive school culture and climate that promotes a religious Jewish ethos
  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, working collaboratively within a team
  • Identify opportunities for increasing awareness, enquiries and enrolments
  • Cultivate appropriate media relationships and manage media liaison to generate maximum publicity
  • Manage online marketing initiatives, including website content and the planning, production and management of content for social media
  • Engage and foster relationships with feeder schools and community organisations
  • Compile and update promotional material; oversee layout, design and production process
  • Proofread and edit documents and articles, as required
  • Identify and negotiate advertising opportunities, provide input on content and final approval
  • Provide input and support for all school events in the calendar, including creation, coordination and attendance of programmes, as well as 3rd party-hosted gatherings
  • As and when the need arises in the schools, look for opportunities to initiate events and bring the ideas as well as possible implementation plans to the attention of the directors and principals
  • Identify, design, develop and implement recruitment and retention-specific projects within the school, for example, open day, sports day, campus-wide family initiatives etc
  • Assist with idea generation and coordination of fundraising events that the children may want to carry out in the high schools
  • Work with relevant Foundation staff to co-ordinate events for Alumni and donors
  • Assist with internal projects
  • Manage all marketing-related suppliers, including all agencies (design, copywriting, etc.), to ensure quality delivery of requirements in line with marketing plans as guided by the strategy and within budgets
  • Work closely with service providers in planning and achieving photo/video shoot outcomes
  • Plan and control departmental budget
  • Source promotional gifts for various requirements
  • Professionalise internal communications
  • Prepare press releases and manage all media messaging
  • Conduct school tours for prospective parents/students
What do you need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing (corporate background advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Meta Suite experience
  • Google Analytics
  • WordPress experience
  • Proficiency (or ability and willingness to learn) with various marketing platforms and marketing software tools
  • Able to read and understand Hebrew
