About the role
As a Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and organising marketing materials. Managing of the Marketing touchpoints, website, creating consumer and tenant newsletters. Arranging social media tenant shoots and liaising with tenants regularly offering them brand and marketing opportunities within the shopping centre.
What you will bring
Degree or diploma in related field beneficial.
Have a clear and thorough knowledge of marketing principles
Preferably have centre retail marketing experience (but not essential)
Understand and have experience in dealing with related fields - advertising, PR, on line, social media, media in general, events and promotions
Ability to analyse situations accurately and provide efficient solutions
Ability to make decisions that lead to optimal results
Excellent co-ordination skills and time management
Effective utilisation of resources
Have knowledge of and practical experience in putting events/promotions together and the execution thereof.
Must have attention to detail and excellent admin skills.
Must have an excellent command of English - verbal & written.
Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to time lines.
Monitors progress toward objectives and adjusts plans as necessary to reach them
Identifies needs/problems, secures relevant information, relates data from different.
Retail experience preferential but not essential

What you will be doing
Event coordination (liaison with suppliers and support to the team).
Monitor exhibitors (to conform to required standards).
Manages and maintains relationships with tenants.
Prepares and quality control of marketing reporting
Attends to queries / complaints /requests.
Ensures cooperation, synergy and effective communication between marketing and other departments
Assistance & quality control of communications to tenants/ distribution and delivery of notices.
Keeps clients and colleagues informed of important incidents progress, plans, feedback, etc.
Create realistic expectations and meet them: appointments, promises, follow-up, queries
Put in place clear work plans, quality and delivery standards, target, deadlines
Put in place control systems to ensure timely delivery on required standard.
Managing of all marketing touchpoints in centre and digital.
