Marketing Coordinator - Salt River, WCFull job descriptionMarketing CoordinatorReporting to: Marketing Executive, Digital Online Marketing ManagerPurpose: Assist the Marketing and E-commerce team with the production and styling of all product images that appear on the Queenspark website and digital platforms, support the creative team with the styling of garments on photographic shoots, and support the customer care team when required.Qualifications: Tertiary Qualification in Marketing (preferred), Certificate in fashion design, photography or event co-ordination will advantageousExperience: 2 years of work experience in a marketing Coordinator RoleSkills Required: Computer Literacy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ExcelDUTIES:E-COMMERCE SHOOT MANAGEMENTxc2xb7 E-Commerce Shoot Schedule Coordination: Efficiently manage and consolidate shoot schedules/calendar by liaising with photographers, assistants, and crew, ensuring timely booking confirmations well in advance.xc2xb7 Shoot Sheet Management: Oversee the weekly e-commerce shoot sheet provided by the planning department, ensuring that all planned styles are brought to the e-commerce studio and are accurately accounted for.xc2xb7 Garment Flow Management: Coordinate the effective flow of garments between marketing, buying, and the e-commerce studio, verifying against the shoot sheet and ensuring correct tagging upon return.xc2xb7 E-Commerce Coordination: Manage the crew on shoot days, ensuring accurate product naming conventions are in collaboration with the photographer.Product Styling: Style products in alignment with specified business parameters to enhance their presentation for e-commercePHOTOGRAPHIC SHOOT MANAGEMENTxc2xb7 Photographic Shoot Coordination & Budget Management: Collaborate with the Queenspark creative team to manage photographic shoot expenditures, ensuring alignment with departmental budgets.xc2xb7 Advertising Shoot Support: Assist and train with the Art Director on larger fashion advertising shoots, focusing on coordination, production, and styling to ensure a smooth workflow.xc2xb7 Product Delivery Coordination: Coordinate and pack garments for advertising shoots, ensuring timely and organized delivery.xc2xb7 Photographer Communication Management: Manage all communication with the photographer to ensure timely delivery of final e-commerce images to Queenspark.xc2xb7 Retouching Briefs Management: Prepare and send detailed retouching briefs to the Indian vendor for the shot e-commerce images, ensuring clarity and accuracy.xc2xb7 Retouching Standards and Naming Conventions: Maintain high retouching standards and ensure naming conventions align with product SKUs and are accurate.xc2xb7 Image Upload and Delivery: Supply final, retouched, and approved e-commerce images for upload to the Queenspark SFTP and website.xc2xb7 Image Upload Notification: Notify e-commerce team once the final images have been successfully uploaded to SFTP.CUSTOMER CARE MANAGEMENTxc2xb7 Support Coordination: Assist Customer Care Coordinator as needed, ensuring effective team collaboration.xc2xb7 Customer Interaction Management: Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, product-related requests, and complaints, maintaining a patient and service-focused approach.xc2xb7 Request Logging and Escalation: Accurately log all customer care requests, including those from social media, into the Freshdesk portal, and escalate complaints as required for resolutionPR/ MARKETING SUPPORTxc2xb7 Media and Influencer Collaboration: Engage with magazine editors, stylists, and social media influencers to facilitate garment selection, showcase products and fashion images.xc2xb7 Partnerships and PR Opportunities: Proactively build and nurture partnerships and public relations opportunities to boost brand visibility and attract new customer segments.Soft Skill Requirements:High IntegrityCreative expertise in fashion stylingProfessionalEager to learnNumerical AccuracyExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong Emotional IntelligenceCreative and InnovativeStrong attention to detailExcellent Time ManagementFlexible and AdaptableResourcefulClear Communicator ( Verbal and Written)Analytical and Critical ThinkerResilienceHigh Customer Service/ Excellent Supplier RelationsJob Type: Full-timePay: R14 000,00 - R15 000,00 per monthEducation:Diploma (Required)Experience:Marketing Coordinator: 2 years (Required)
