DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the roleThe purpose of this position is to plan, develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the Product Range assigned; to effectively reach customers, partners and end users - to communicate the value proposition of the Products and influence the market share thereof. The end goal is to maximise profits / leads generation through developing strategies to promote the Products and Services of your Vendors. As the Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will:Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, coordinating requirements and establishing contacts listResponsible for all marketing and communication functionsManage the website and website content keeping it fresh and updatedMonitors budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecastAnalyse client profiles according to market segmentationResearches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, advertising and maintaining research databasesHost quarterly marketing update meetings with all vendors to determine what the key messaging focus campaign is for the quarterEnsure that partner sales and technical people have access to all product material on Web and Social Media and keep the information currentEnsure that a minimum of three quotes is obtained for all spend to maximise budgetManage the marketing budget within the restricted spend and update management monthlyManage suppliers / vendors: BBBEE level of level 4 and above - keep record of spend and obtain BBBEE certificateManage and report on ROI for all marketing initiativesMeasure ROI on all MDF and marketing spendGenerate a report for each activity or eventQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About youThe ideal Senior Marketing Coordinator:
