Marketing Coordinator: VAS - estern CapeFull job descriptionKey Responsibilities:Developing and implementing marketing campaigns (including content strategies) that drives revenue and customer acquisition across all channels (e-commerce, social media, direct marketing and instore).Planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns. This involves scheduling tasks, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring that deadlines are met.Identify, manage & drive brand exposure across all appropriate media channels.Assist with co-ordination of shoots, in-store activations and other marketing related activities.Maximise local marketing opportunities with our key shopping centres that we trade in.Working closely with the social media team to maintain and update all social media platforms and community management.Coordinate & sourcing of imagery & product, as well as content for social media.Coordinate tactical weekly/monthly promotions for retail, social media & digital platforms.Brief & co-ordinate the creation of marketing content such as social media posts, emailers and promotional materials eg. leaflets/flyers for stores.Working closely with the marketing team on influencer marketing and seeding campaigns including internal and external Brand PR including brand ambassador and media liaison. Liaise with relevant bloggers & press.Ownership and coordination of internal brand culture, communication plan and events.Assist with coordination & delivery of any marketing projects within allocated budget.Managing the administration of the advertising budget which includes capturing quotes on Coupa System.Consumer and competitor trends monitoring and reporting.Track the performance of marketing campaigns. This involves gathering data and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Qualifications and Experience:3 years + experience in a similar roleExperience in a co-ordination role or as an assistant to a Brand Manager in a marketing function.Marketing qualification and an understanding of digital marketing an added bonus.
