Marketing Coordinator (Western Cape)

An established Property Fund, where family and relationship building are at the core of their business, is creative and artistic Marketing Coordinator to join their team in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. Their current portfolio, that spans globally and sits closely to 300,000sqm GLA, continues to grow and expand, which means that your role will always have you thinking of new ways to drive traffic and foot count to your various centres. Everything is done in house, from acquiring dilapidated buildings and revamping, to doing their own developments and upgrades, and running all management aspects internally; including leasing, marketing, and facilities, they are looking for individuals who want to invest and grow with the company.

Your key responsibilities:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of marketing initiatives and campaigns across our retail properties. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist in coordinating various marketing activities, events, and promotions to drive traffic, engage customers, and elevate the brand presence of our shopping centers. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for marketing and retail.

Your required expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or real estate industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and retail.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Your reward:

• Salary range: R240,000- R300,000
