They are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Cape Town. This role will support e-commerce and photographic shoot management, customer care, and PR/marketing efforts.DescriptionAs a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our e-commerce and photographic shoots, supporting customer care operations, and enhancing our PR and marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include coordinating schedules, managing garment flows, ensuring high-quality image production, and engaging with media and influencers.Key Responsibilities:E-Commerce Shoot Management:

• Coordinate e-commerce shoot schedules and calendars by liaising with photographers, assistants, and crew.
• Oversee the weekly e-commerce shoot sheet, ensuring accurate garment preparation and accountability.
• Manage the flow of garments between marketing, buying, and the e-commerce studio.
• Ensure accurate product styling and naming conventions on shoot days.

Photographic Shoot Management:

• Collaborate with the creative team to manage photographic shoot budgets and expenditures.
• Assist with larger fashion advertising shoots, focusing on coordination, production, and styling.
• Coordinate product delivery for advertising shoots and manage photographer communications.
• Prepare and send detailed retouching briefs, maintain high retouching standards, and manage image uploads.

Customer Care Management:

• Assist the Customer Care Coordinator and respond professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Log and escalate customer care requests using the Freshdesk portal.

PR/Marketing Support:

• Engage with media and influencers to facilitate garment selection and showcase products.
• Build and nurture partnerships and PR opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Education ProfileQualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing (preferred)
• Certification in Fashion Design, Photography, or Event Coordination is advantageous

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator role

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
