Qualification & Experience:Marketing Degree essential1-2 years marketing experience advantageous, Microsoft Office knowledge with expert knowledge of PowerPoint is essential, Adobe product suite - i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign advantageous.Skills, Abilities, Competencies:Sound knowledge of marketing principlesProficiency in digital marketing with strong knowledge of the LinkedIn platform is essentialStrong project management abilities and time management to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyGood knowledge of and experience in social media managementExperience in design layout of reports, publications and presentationsDesign skills in marketing and sales collateral with a good understanding of publication layout and processes (print & digital)Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate and present ideas and concepts to key stakeholdersSense of curiosity and the desire for continuous improvementAbility to innovate and think creativelyStrong interpersonal skills with a high EQ to be make a positive impact in a teamOpen-minded with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels in the businessAbove average communication skills and the ability to provide timeous feedback on projectsAbility to multi-task - work on more than one project at a time - an deliver excellence under pressureDesire to understand the needs of the client and deliver projects to meet those needsFlexibility and patienceAbility to work methodically and pay attention to detailDeadline-oriented and ability to prioritise own workloadHigh level of professionalismAbility to take constructive criticismProblem solverDriven, confident, self-motivated, results orientated, enthusiastic and energeticKey Responsibilities:Brand, Product Marketing and PRExecute marketing campaigns and initiativesCreate and deliver marketing collateral - banners, one-pagers, product brochures, etc.Execute PR campaignsDevelop and continuously improve the Ti Sales ToolkitCreate and manage sales toolkit elements - Creds Deck, client presentations etc.Be responsible for the sourcing, production and stock management of Ti client gifting and branded itemsSet-up and monitor tracking systems for Marketing campaigns and activitiesConduct, source and analyse research to support the generation of Marketing and Product materialDigital MarketingExecute digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing and content marketingExecute leads generation initiativesUpload content and marketing elements on Ti Social Media PlatformsProduct, presentation and marketing collateral designExecute design layouts for research reports, presentations, brand and marketing elements, and digital publishing platformsOwn and manage the Ti image library and select and place images in digital and print publications that enhance the contentCreate designed elements - icons, diagrams, charts and tables etc.Develop and execute content for the Ti website and social media adsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and deliver assigned design projectsAdministration and SupportCo-ordinate requests from various stakeholders based on support and/or queriesPartner with key stakeholders in the project planning processProvide support for internal and external events as requiredUpdate and maintain the Ti Master DatabaseSupport market research and competitive analysis and identify and share trends and best practice in industryEnsure understanding of the CRM system functionality and reporting for updating and reporting purposes
