Marketing Executive Luxury Wine Estate
Franschhoek, Cape TownA luxury wine estate in the Franschhoek area is seeking a highly creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join its team. This estate is known for its world-class wines, fine dining, and premium hospitality experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract guests, and drive sales.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote the estates restaurant, wine, and accommodation offerings.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Oversee content creation for the estates website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute events, promotions, and campaigns to enhance guest engagement and brand awareness.
• Work closely with PR agencies and media partners to increase exposure and secure positive coverage.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.
• Manage the estates brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales and guest experience goals.
• Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in a senior marketing role within the hospitality, wine industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Experience in event planning, campaign execution, and brand development.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the South African wine and hospitality industry is advantageous.
• A results-driven approach with a strong creative vision.
