Key responsibilities:
Marketing Support
: Assist in achieving brand equity and revenue growth goals.ServiceBay Administration
: Approve workshop sign-ups, manage invoice queries, and track claims.Promotional & Communication Support
: Oversee promotional storerooms, order and issue promotional items, and balance stock monthly.Signage Coordination
: Manage signage requirements for coastal regions, maintaining efficiency and cohesion.Product Samples Management
: Handle product orders for shows and photography, ensuring proper stock control.Administrative Excellence
: Support marketing actions, update promotional materials, and assist in organizing company events.Minimum requirements:
A relevant 3-year degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field, a transcript of results to be included in your application. (essential)
Holiday work or YES learner experience (advantageous).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
