ABOUT THE JOB:



KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES



Develop a good understanding of Sanofi EP Pharma business, objectives and systems Product training on the promoted portfolio Understand and build relationships with key stakeholders, as well as the role they play, both internal and external Get to know, understand and apply principles of marketing through training and experience in Sanofi, MEX training Attend marketing meetings and leverage initiatives to learn and grow Understanding of brand planning process Apply principles of governance Develop and implement project management skills Collect and analyze sales data to prepare marketing reports Track, coordinate and assemble data to measure outcomes of marketing and sales activity Help plan, coordinate and participate in marketing and sales events Learn and use OneCRM for event and congress management in-line with the Event taxonomy and EBI principles Project: Manage POINT as a print supplier, briefing, quotes, PO generation process, adherence to delivery timelines Project Manage Lithotech. Create and manage campaigns through Lithotech, management of expired stock, PSR requests for material. Monitor stock levels Learn the processes for locally adapting and approving marketing material using Veeva Knowledge of Sanofi policies and procedures; Knowledge of MCA General assistance with admin and ad hoc tasks towards applying key learnings Know how to draw and interpret data from Power BI with regards internal and external data sources. Monitor company and competitor market trends, analyze data identify emerging trends and analyze the reasons for these

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS



Recent graduate, fully qualified in marketing (Degree) Strong analytical skills Computer skills: MS Office Organizational skills: time management, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work and learn under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication in Business English Ability to initiate own communications, correspondence, meetings, etc. Ability to work with minimum supervision in a corporate environment Computer Literacy - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook. Must have strong Excel skills Confidentiality, trust, integrity, tenacity, timekeeping, resilience and adaptability Attention to detail, focused, proactive, results-orientated and self-driven Use initiative within the framework of the position and its level of authority Work as part of a team & cross functionally Build relationships across departments and functions Demonstrate a high level of energy, drive and personal responsibility to achieve individual goals Prioritise work according to importance and level of urgency; Ability to balance different work priorities Able to work under pressure - commit to and respect deadlines, often at short notice Identify errors and take corrective action within area of responsibility Adherence to principles of compliance within the business Accountability Time- and self-management skills
