Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the marketing efforts across multiple facets of our business offerings, including Ops, BD and overall DLK group marketing needs. From strengthening our digital footprint, capitalising on latest industry trends; crafting compelling marketing outputs, this role will be pivotal in driving awareness, engagement and lead generation for DLK GroupResponsibilities:xc2xb7 Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy that defines how social media marketing techniques will be applied to increase visibility and traffic across all DLK social sites.xc2xb7 Coordinate flow of information and communication and disseminate it according to overall marketing plan/strategy: content, media, website updates, internal communication, blog, case studyxc2xb7 Build and execution of our email and digital communication plan working with the CRM, Business Development and technical teamxc2xb7 Responsible for setting up bulk e-mails processxc2xb7 Oversee digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to optimize reach and engagement.xc2xb7 Lead the development of companywide social media management standards, policies, and rules of engagementxc2xb7 Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation contentxc2xb7 Work with Business Development to improve organic search engine performance and goalsetting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversionsxc2xb7 Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, Client preferences, and competitive landscapes, informing future marketing effortsxc2xb7 Mentor and provide training to all DLK individuals throughout the organization on best practices for creating, managing, monitoring, and developing content for social networksxc2xb7 Build and manage the companys social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevantxc2xb7 Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, infographics, etc.)xc2xb7 Identify ways to integrate social media into DLK business strategies and marketing campaigns.xc2xb7 Develop content and managing communications across various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Linked Inxc2xb7 Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiative, using data-driven insights to iterate and optimize strategies for maximum impact.Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing. Communications or a related field advantageous
xc2xb7 Basic understanding of Canva/Graphic designxc2xb7 Experience working with various Marketing toolsxc2xb7 Experience working within the ICT sectorxc2xb7 Tech Savyxc2xb7 Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analyticsxc2xb7 Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementxc2xb7 Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsxc2xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skillsxc2xb7 Outstanding on-camera presentationxc2xb7 Creative thinking and ability to develop contentxc2xb7 Strong time management with the ability to manage multiple priorities
