Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Lecturer to join our faculty in the Department of Business Management. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, conduct research, and participate in departmental activities.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials in [specific subject areas]
Develop and update course materials and assessments
Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students
Conduct and publish high-quality research in relevant fields
Participate in departmental meetings and committees
Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes
Requirements:
Minimum BCom Honours specialising in Marketing
Demonstrated teaching experience at the university level
Strong research profile with a track record of publications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment
