As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of independent optometry practices across the continent. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with clients, developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, and identifying opportunities for growth through upsells and add-on services. This is a customer-facing role that requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with approximately 60 optometry practices
• Serve as the main point of contact for client needs and coordinate tasks with internal teams
• Lead engaging monthly Progress Calls to discuss metrics, new patient leads, and content strategies
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to enhance client success
• Develop and own marketing strategies tailored to each client's needs
• Establish expertise in specialty eye care to provide unparalleled service

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience
• 2+ years of client-facing experience, managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Sales experience is preferred
• Background in the Eye Care industry is highly desirable
• Excellent phone presence with an extroverted and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated, organized, and strong communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively
• Must have a private, quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection

Location and Schedule: This is a full-time, remote position with hours from 9-5 EST, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
