The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, managing high-performing teams and driving brand growth and customer acquisition.Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.Team Leadership and Development:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.Campaign Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, email, events, and PR.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise ROI.Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Brand Management:Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all communications align with the brands voice, tone, and visual identity.Drive brand positioning and differentiation in the competitive fintech landscape.Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, tech and trading to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in marketing or related and comparative degree.4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.In-depth knowledge of the blockchain/crypto industry, including trends, technologies, and regulatory environment.Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.In-depth knowledge of the fintech industry, including trends, technologies, and regulatory environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO and social media.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Deadline: 2024/09/30
