Job Description


JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES:The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role involves overseeing the in-house design department, organizing collaborations with other brands to promote products, and implementing B2B sales pull strategies in-store.MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including catalogues, websites, and electronic communications.
  • Manage the development and execution of fitting projects, brand initiatives, POS materials, signage, packaging, and promotional gifts.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including email deals, new product launches, clearance promotions, and portal updates.
  • Plan and manage events, PR activities, newsletters, and digital marketing efforts such as PPC, SEO, online ads, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling content for media articles, online content, magazines, product launch materials, social campaigns, and showroom displays.
  • Organize collaborations with other brands to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
  • Implement and manage B2B sales pull strategies in-store to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal departments, including sales, product development, and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in marketing efforts.
JOB/EDUCATIONAL/QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Come from a variety of academic backgrounds, including marketing, communication, business, and other fields.
  • Bachelor degree.
  • Some companies require their marketing managers to have a masters degree.
  • 7 years of experience.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency.
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
