About the Position:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven junior Marketing Manager to join our team in central Cape Town and elevate our brand presence in the fashion footwear sector. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive traffic, enhance brand awareness both online and offline, and ultimately increase sales. This will include implementation of innovative marketing strategies to support our rapidly growing business.

This in not a digital marketing or SEO position. Please only reply if you have a traditional marketing education and background plus work experience which includes completing the annual marketing plans required by our international footwear suppliers. We are only considering candidates currently residing in Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Management:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives. Create and execute marketing communications campaigns across direct marketing channels (mailings, email, online, PR, advertising) working directly with our international suppliers Plan and coordinate promotions and events, working closely with international suppliers and sales teams. Oversee social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Manage in-store promotions to drive brand engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing Management. Experience in marketing within the retail and/or fashion brands sector. Enthusiasm and motivation to achieve outstanding results Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and retail. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities. A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to work

Pay: R18000,00 - R30000,00 per month
