Build and execute a roadmap to bring core marketing functions in-house.
Own and scale lead generation efforts through paid ads, SEO, content, and local campaigns.
Launch and optimize landing pages, creative assets, and A/B tests.
Integrate with tools like Salesforce or other CRMs to ensure lead tracking and automation are airtight.
Report on KPIs, campaign ROI, and performance insightsxe2x80x94turning data into decisions.
Hire and manage internal talent or freelancers as the team scales.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing aligns with company growth goals.
