Job Description


A Global Pharmaceutical Company has a vacancy for a young and dynamic Marketing Manager responsible for the ownership of products/ marketing plans, product / marketing development, training and other direct organization support needs. The Marketing Manager role and objectives are intended to drive and support market share growth, profitability and sales.Key Responsibilities:
Marketing

  • Brand planning & execution of brand plans
  • Management of marketing budget, tracking of spend and forecasting
  • Forecasting for demand planning
  • Manage the day-to-day needs of each brand
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure execution of marketing plans and activities i.e Regulatory, Finance & Logistics
  • Ensure execution of promotions planned, trade activities and planning and booking of trade marketing promotions across wholesalers.
  • Sales budgeting and forecasting
  • Fulfilling of Global business requirements and reporting
  • Data analysis and ROI assessment on key marketing initiatives
  • Briefing of agencies, strategy development and ad hoc market response initiatives
Other
  • Monitoring and management of brands digital platforms and responses to consumer queries
  • Working with digital and ad agencies and PV divisions for global reporting
  • Formulation of incentives both internal and external in collaboration with Sales division
  • New product development and launch
  • Analysis of new channels for growth and sales
  • Full planning and execution of cycle meeting and sales conferences
  • Ad hoc office activities
  • Management & development of line reports
  • Basic day-to-day admin requirements
  • Development of SOP's for marketing with cross functional teams
  • Working with suppliers and business partners on marketing initiatives
Training
  • Management of internal and external Training Requirements, incl. Reps, staff, external companies and actual trainings
  • Development and distribution of training material, test and worksheets
  • Co-ordination of training schedules both internally and externally
New Business Development
  • New business/product development co-ordination and launch facilitation for promoted division
  • Monthly consolidation and updating of Promoted New Business Development (NBD) sheets and trackers.
  • Hosting and facilitating monthly Promoted NBD Meetings
  • Facilitating communications within company and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree - Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of product marketing, product management and/or product specialist experience required.
  • Valid Driverxe2x80x99s license and own vehicle
