Job Description


Key Requirements:Qualifications & Experience:

  • BCom in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, managing multiple brands.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong background in packaging marketing, ensuring brand consistency across product designs.
  • Experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, including online campaigns, performance marketing, and marketplace optimization.
Core Competencies:
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Brand Management: Expertise in brand positioning, development, and revitalization.
  • Market Insights: Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Campaign Execution: Hands-on experience in planning and executing 360xc2xb0 marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, and digital marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze key marketing performance metrics to optimize ROI.
  • Budget Management: Strong financial acumen to manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively.
  • Product Innovation: Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with R&D teams to drive product development.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Brand Management:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and drive sales.
  • Oversee the marketing of product packaging, ensuring alignment with brand identity and consumer appeal.
  • Lead the growth of eCommerce marketing efforts, including digital brand presence, online campaigns, and customer engagement.
  • Manage multiple brands across different categories, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
Campaign & Digital Marketing Execution:
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple traditional and digital channels.
  • Leverage eCommerce platforms, social media, and digital advertising to expand market reach.
  • Develop SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies to enhance online brand visibility and engagement.
Team & Budget Management:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and supply chain teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Performance & Market Analysis:
  • Continuously track, measure, and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making to improve marketing effectiveness.
