Our client, a leading manufacturer, importer, and supplier of quality products in electrical & electronics, is looking for a Marketing Manager, based in Edenvale, JHB.Salary:R 45 000 xe2x80x93 R 55 000 CTCPurpose of Role:The Marketing Manager manages the day-to-day marketing activities of the organization and long-term marketing strategies for the company by means of three pillars create below:

• Events and Public Relations Portfolio
• Media Portfolio (Above and below the line)
• Digital Portfolio

Key Objectives:

• Manage all marketing related matters and activities within the marketing department.
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company's marketing budget
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Creation, submission and management of company's marketing budget
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns, exhibitions and shows.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Overall responsibility for brand awareness by partnering with respective band managers as well as managing the corporate identity.
• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
• Working closely with internal marketing team as well as leveraging relationships with external design/publishing agencies and assisting with new product launches
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
• Control and liaise all specials from all brand managers as well as the CEO.
• Ensure that all brand managers have specials and are circulating them.
• All functions pertaining to promotional campaigns, exhibitions and shows from start to end.
• Provide a details spreadsheet of all proposed and planned specials for the year as and when required.

Requirements

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
• At least two yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a marketing manager.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
