Job Description

Our client in the Renewables Energy industry is currently looking for a Marketing Manager, in Randburg, Johannesburg.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities across channels.
• Lead the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the management of outsourced service providers, including digital marketing agencies, content creators, and public relations firms.
• Analyse market trends and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
• Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results, ensuring a high ROI.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all marketing activities are cost-effective.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of company goals and marketing strategy.
• Foster a data-driven approach to marketing, leveraging analytics to drive decisions.

• Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience managing marketing teams and outsourced service providers.
• Strong understanding of the solar or renewable energy industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing techniques, SEO, social media, content development, and website management.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Passionate about renewable energy and environmental sustainability.

• R40 000 - R60 000 per month.
