• Internal Marketing Create platforms and content to educate staff, and manage the staff uniform policy for brand exposure.
• Customer Care Call Centre Management Oversee the call centre team, ensure SLA compliance, report customer care data, propose new platforms, and improve service levels.
• Digital Marketing Implement a digital marketing strategy, optimize SEO and loan applications, develop social media content, and present new technologies for approval.
