Develop and Deliver Marketing Plans:
Create and implement marketing plans and projects that are on-brand, within budget, and delivered on schedule
Brand Consistency:
Build and maintain a comprehensive brand deck and guidelines to ensure consistency across all business activities
Marketing Calendar Management:
Lead the marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all campaigns and marketing activities, with a focus on social media, influencer collaborations, and content creation
Social Media Strategy & Implementation:
Manage all social media channels, including content planning, creation, and approval processes.
Manage the social media coordinator
Continuously help grow social media followings, increase engagement, and build a high-quality email list
Team Leadership & Development:
Manage the day-to-day activities of the marketing team, focusing on team development, motivation, and performance.
Inspire and direct the team in creative sessions, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
Digital Marketing Optimization:
Build, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns to meet key objectives, including Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), user sign-ups, and retention.
Collaboration with Sales & E-commerce Teams:
Work closely with the Head of E-commerce & Sales to drive revenue growth, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales strategies
Ensure a cohesive and integrated approach across all marketing content and e-commerce platforms
Internal Communication & Coordination:
Keep all departments informed of weekly content, campaigns, and events
Coordinate with the design department and the marketing team to plan campaigns around product launches and key dates
Campaign & Content Ideation:
Generate new ideas and concepts for campaigns and product launches, presenting them to the team
Lead the development of all brand content assets, including brand guidelines, creative, and graphic designs
Budget & Performance Monitoring:
Monitor campaign performance to ensure media spend aligns with monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
Utilize analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Photoshoot & Content Management:
Lead all photo-shoots from concept to execution, ensuring that content is on-brand and delivered on time
Oversee the entire content creation process, from initial concept to final production
Influencer & Visual Merchandising Strategy:
Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to expand brand reach
Create and execute visual merchandising strategies tailored to key accounts, enhancing brand presence in retail environments
Marketing and PR Liaison with International Head Office
Liaise on future product ranges, input dates, and corresponding assets
Align local marketing initiatives with international directives, ensuring consistency
Brief necessary campaigns and assets based on ranges and customer needs
Collaborate on seasonal and geographical content, supporting global marketing efforts
Implement globally scheduled content, campaigns, and collaborations
Prepare and present marketing plans for seasonal launches to customers
Content Creation & Supply:
Manage seasonal content creation, preparation, and distribution based on specific product buys
In-Store Branding & Merchandising:
Oversee the production and design of in-store branding elements, including graphics, point-of-sale materials, and brand callouts
Campaign Management:
Create and manage both digital and in-store campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand's objectives
Incentive Programs:
Design artwork for retailer incentive programs
Store Design & Signage:
Oversee store-in-store design and execution, including signage creation and installation
Production ManagementReceiving Briefs:
Manage the entire production process from brief reception to final execution
Design & Prototyping:
Oversee the design, mock-up, costing, prototype development, and bulk production of marketing materials
Collateral Creation:
Coordinate the design and production of marketing collateral, including catalogues, swing tags, polybags, hangers, and office stationery
Window Campaigns:
Lead the development, approval, and installation of window campaigns, including artwork and merchandising
Photo-shoots and Content ManagementProduct Selection:
Curate products for photo-shoots, ensuring they align with campaign objectives
Art Direction:
Provide art direction for photo-shoots, including team selection (stylists, photographers, etc.)
Content Production:
Oversee the entire content production process, ensuring high-quality and on-brand outputs
Graphic Design
Utilize Photoshop and InDesign to create small and large-scale print brand callouts, posters, vinyls, catalogues, and digital artwork for various mediums
Design artwork for billboards, signage, flyers, trailers, retail stores, and int-of-sale elements
Concept Store Marketing Liaison
Provide store marketing support, including the briefing of point-of-sale materials, light box artwork, and production management
Event Management & Brand Activations
Lead the styling, location sourcing, and coordination of various events, including press launches, brand launches, store openings, and product launches
Oversee branded events, festivals, and annual event selections, ensuring they are executed to the highest standard
E-Commerce (Value-Add Role) Digital Marketing:
Oversee email newsletters, database management, digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and Google Shopping
