Job Description


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG or food industry (non-negotiable)
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital advertising, and brand management
  • Experience in creating and managing content for social media and trade communication
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of chocolate/confectionery market trends
  • Experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing and Graphic design experience
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
Key Responsibilities:
Retail & E-Commerce Support:
  • Work closely with sales teams to support retail promotions and in-store activations
  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to optimize digital sales and enhance the online shopping experience
Advertising & Promotions:
  • Plan and oversee advertising campaigns across digital, print, radio, and TV channels
  • Develop promotional activities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive sales
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
Brand Strategy & Management:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to each brand's unique identity and market position.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Oversee the graphic design of packaging.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and manage content strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Create and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement
  • Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach
Public Relations & Events:
  • Develop press releases and manage media relations
  • Plan and coordinate brand events, product launches, and trade shows
Budgeting & Reporting:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to measure success.
