Job SummaryOur client is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, enhance brand awareness, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, creative campaign development, and data-driven decision-making.Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using key metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Identify target audiences and segment customer bases to create targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging marketing techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to marketing activities.
  • Develop visually appealing and engaging designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and design across all platforms.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Support the sales team by aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in a marketing role, with at least 3 years in a graphic design role.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a strong track record in campaign development and execution.
  • Experience working with digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with content marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
