We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to elevate the profile of our 5-star game lodge. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract guests, and drive bookings. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury hospitality and the ability to craft compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with both local and international audiences.POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the lodge and increase occupancy rates.
• Brand Management: Enhance and maintain the lodgexe2x80x99s brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee

efforts, including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and online advertising. * Content Creation: Generate engaging content for websites, social media, brochures, and other promotional materials.

• Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with travel agents, influencers, and industry partners.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Events & Promotions: Plan and execute promotional events, special offers, and packages to attract new guests and retain loyal customers.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Reporting: Track and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, within luxury

or related industries. * Skills:

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and strategic thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
