Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare, implement and review the marketing strategy for the overall Galencia purpose brand Manage the marketing team through strategic leadership Creative vision and ability to adapt and bring the company visions and culture to life Lead day-to-day channel management and operation including community management, copywriting, and content publishing across multiple social platforms (Instagram, Instagram Stories, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube) Develop and manage marketing campaigns and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure 360-degree campaign implementation Fuel brand strategy by conducting market and social media trend and competition analysis. Monitor and direct daily operations to ensure that goals and objectives are met in term of sales targets and KPIs and take corrective action when necessary. Competitor analysis and strategy planning Requirements: At least 3-5 years marketing experience in similar role Experience with Traditional Marketing, content marketing, communications, and PR. Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing Videography, photography and excellent editing skills Website monitoring and reporting Event set up experience Own car and license Willing to work on weekends Property marketing experience
